the future generation will be facing more dangers from natural disasters than we are facing now. the temperature level will rise the summers will become more hot and winters will become more cold and the seasonal distribution will be affected adversely and ground water level will decrease - whole story in short - it will be a worst nightmare if we don't take any concrete steps now

- Much coastal land will be flooded. Towns and cities will be uninhabitable; food-growing lands will be destroyed with salt water.
- Major rivers that depend on annual snow and glacier melt for their water will dry up, sometimes completely. Billions of people rely on this water for living and agriculture.
- Whole countries, especially in Africa, where drought and famine is already happening, will become too hot and dry to grow food (desertification).
- Heat waves will kill many people.
- Habitats of people and other animals and birds will change, becoming unsuitable for living. Those who cannot move or adapt will die.

∙ 11y agoAs you can see now the weather is doing strange things. Storms that are worse, drought, too much rain or snow, warmer weather, colder weather, tornadoes, hurricanes. All of these things affect humans and how we live. In the future some crops may have to change, houses built in areas away from flooding rivers or off of Coastlines. Even the design of buildings may have to change to accomadate the extra snow, winds, or rain. Water systems will have to change or new forms of ways to get water to people, crops, or animals. Even the way people dress will have to change. All of life will be affected in some way.

∙ 10y agoIf global warming is not stopped then the lives of our grandchildren may be very difficult. Countries and coastal lands will be under water. Storms will destroy many areas and there will not be the money or resources to re-establish them. Crops are already failing in parts of Africa causing famine and this is expected to get worse.

Well there is nothing really significant about it in a GOOD way. Its more notorious, or known for a bad reason. It can significantly effect our lives, it can significantly change the earth, it can single handedly distroy everything we learned to love and create what we do not want and know to hate. It is significant in a way that no one can understand, and that's why we all try to research and study it. That's why we all talk about it. That's why plenty choose NOT to believe in it, because their lives would be easier without it. They think they are smart and that there is nothing significant about global warming. but we know they are cowards and that there is only significance in global warming. Just not the kind that makes us smile.

Technology has given us thousands of electric and electronic gadgets that make our lives easier and happier. Unfortunately, they all use electricity. Most electricity is produced by burning fossil fuels. Burning fossil fuels releases carbon that has been stored away for millions of years. This carbon adds to the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. The greenhouse gases contribute to global warming.
