Coconut flesh from a mature (not green) coconut and water. These are mixed together then pressed and seived to get a liquid called coconut milk. If there is less water used then you get coconut cream.

The liquid inside a coconut is very differnent. That is coconut liquor which is sweet and fairly translucent compared to milk.
