Employees of Disney at the Magic Kingdom and all parts of the corporation whether full or part-time are referred to as Cast Members. Everyone wears the same type/style of nametag with usually their hometown underneath their first name. Students that are working with Disney for an internship or part of the college exchange program often put their college under their name. Employees at EPCOT in the countries include their hometown which is a great conversation topic for guests to ask them about their life back home. A standard stay of at least a year is what these individuals sign up for to work in the World Showcase at EPCOT.
