The have original jurisdiction over cases involving ambassadors and other foreign dignitaries, but not exclusive original jurisdiction. Those case are currently tried by the US District Courts.

The Supreme Court also has the power of judicial review, which is to dclare a law or act of Congress or the President to be unconsitutional.
