I don't think ANYBODY in their right mind would be for prisoners having any type of luxury items and recreational faciltites. They're in prison to be punished not to be pampered. what i mean is what people do you feel would be for them having those things? it's part of my assignment.

If you are inside your own home, then it is reasonable for you to expect privacy. If you are in a public place, then it is not. However, there are exceptions. If you are in a restroom, regardless of wether it is public or private, you have a reasonable expectation of privacy. The same goes for dressing room. So yes, a student can video tape a teacher, but they should think long and hard about what they are hoping to accomplish by doing it.
