There are far too many improvements in 7 over XP, I suggest reading Microsoft's Website or just watching a demo video; you'll probably find more than what you're looking for. Wikipedia will also probably help.
Windows Vista and Windows 7 have updated versions of various accessories, so if you wanted to be snarky, you could say that Windows 7 lacks the older versions. One program that comes to mind as being removed outright was HyperTerminal. Windows Vista and 7 also dumped support for some legacy hardware, such as Advanced Power Management and the ISA bus.

Winner: Windows 10 Unsurprisingly, Microsoft's latest operating system has the most advanced security features of the operating systems here. It's good for both consumers and IT managers.

There are no unique features of Windows 98, nothing is unique about Windows 98.
The Pentium 4 features Advanced Dynamic Execution with windows of instructions that are wider (126 instructions) compared to the Pentium 3. Also, despite a relatively huge increase in processing power, the Pentium 4 produced less heat in operation.

The windows tablet has a touch features, an input panel and a windows journal. The tablet also has a snipping tool and handwriting in a specific language.

Windows 3.x refers to GUI (Graphical User Interface) based personal computer operating systems from Microsoft. These are very early predecessors of current Windows XP and Vista.
