According to the GL-1000 shop manual Cylinder head bold torque is 38-41 ft-lbs.
The rod is 24 foot pounds and the main is two steps 18 foot pounds then 38 foot pounds

Are you looking for specs on the cartridge itself or a firearm for which it was chambered? To make your search easier, the .38 Colt New Police is the same as the .38 S&W cartridge. Not that this is not the same cartridge as the .38 S&W Special as they are totally different.

011 specs are. engine is 41 cm3 or 2.50 cubic in,bore 38 mm or 1.50 in.,Stroke 36 mm or 1.42 in,9800 max rpm.Max torque 1.8 Nm or 1.3 ft pounds at 4500.For some odd reason they dont give me any Hp specs.Maybe they didn't want to scare anyone.It might be one of those Huge Competition chainsaws.

The .38 Special is a specific cartridge. In addition to the .38 Special, there are perhaps a dozen different .38 cartridges. Most of them are fairly obscure/ obsolete today, but include the shorter, fatter, less powerful .38 S&W, the .38 Long and Short Colts, the .38 rimfires, .38 Merwin & Hullbert, etc. Sort of like "What is the difference between a Ford Mustang and a Ford?"
