if you are asking about a real aircraft you need to check the POH (pilots operating handbook) - each aircraft is different, even of the same model which is why each plan is carefully tested to determine its v speeds, and those speeds are listed in charts in the unique POH for each aircraft - the POH is required by law to remain in the aircraft at all times and should be used only for that aircraft as the info is diff for each aircraft now if you ask about a MS flight sim aircraft and you cant find them in the included documentation, you can find most of them in the aircraft.cfg file - locate it by going to ...program files/microsoft games/flight simulator/aircraft, then find the folder for your aircraft, open it and find the file called aircraft.cfg - open it in word pad, its a text file and find the section called performance and it should list most important v speeds for use in the flight sim
