To be sure that all food is cooked thoroughly to required temperatures, to be sure that the food does not cross contaminate, to be sure the work space stays clean, and be sure to wash hands frequently especially after breaks, when switching stations, after using the restroom, anytime you swap your gloves our use raw ingredients.
