There are SOME fruits and vegetables with NO Points Values.
The daily Points Tracker entries has 8 boxes - 4 for fruits and 4 for vegetables.
As of now, I belive they are. Weight Watchers just upgraded, so I am not entirely sure.
The Weight Watchers points systems with core foods works by allowing you to have a core group of foods, including unlimited quantities of fruits and vegetables. By having a set group of foods this allows one to make better food choices and help to lose weight.
You can determine the Weight Watchers points food for anything as long as you have the nutritional value. You can find Points calculators online to use for free. You just enter the calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates and it will give you the point value per serving. The Point values for fruits and vegetables are available online or in your Weight Watchers literature. Many prepackaged foods are also listed online, but these foods are not always healthy as eating fresh foods.
Weight Watchers has implemented a new system for their points. Weight Watchers points now accumulate with the amount and intensity of a person's work out.
There is no limit on 0 point foods--these are mostly vegetables and, some fruits. However, make sure you are eating enough of the right foods to make your points for your current weight. Otherwise, your body will think it is starving and you'll actually gain weight.
