As an ex-patriate Limey I can tell you it's pretty much like it is here. The rich are getting richer, and the poor will always be poor, and it is becoming rapidly taken over by immigrant groups from Eastern Europe who will work for peanuts and speak no English, and by large enclaves of Islamists who appear, by all accounts to have pretty much taken over the second city of Birmingham.
