The paired glands found in the upper pelvic cavity, one on each side of the uterus, are known as the ovaries.
It depends on which hormone, but some are from the pituitary gland and some are from the ovaries
Endocrine glands in humans are the hypothalamus, pituitary (anterior and posterior , gonads (testes/ovaries), placenta (when a female is pregnant), alimentary system (digestive tract and associated organs), thyroid, and adrenal glands.
