Recording clients information within for instance, a care home is vital as these are vulnerable adults who need protection from predators out here who have nothing better to do with themselves, but to prey on the vulnerable. Perhaps selling personal details if they can get their hands on it, or to withdraw cash or whatever scheming way they can congour up. That's is the reason for storing, filing and locking under lock and bolt. Another way is to store on PC with password. Remember to follow your company's policy and procedure and the government data protection act 1998. Recording accurate information and making up lies etc.

Storing or filing in a safe place away from leaches, vermins who prey on the weak and helpless. Thank GOD for the LAW of the land to put them behind bars when the finally get caught. Name and shame on national television.

Sharing of private info. of your clients is no,no. Only to whom it is required to again following policy and procedures. Chandrea. I'm not an expert just sharing my opinion. tk yu
