20 ft lbs. You should start at 10 lbs, then to 15, then to 20. Don't forget that they need to be done in a starish order. Right rear center, Left front corner... and so on. Some years (perhaps all, I'm not sure) have #'s on the head that let you know the order. If the head bolts slip make sure to pull them out and put thread lock in them... and let them dry overnight.

on my banshee it is on the lower shifter side frame tube near the shifter or behind. probably covered in paint.just in front of the LH footpeg on the frame

The 1997 Pontiac Transport 3400 rocker arm torque specifications are 18 pounds. The rocker arm should be torqued in six pound intervals.
