What are the health benefits of semen ingestion or getting it on the skin?

A tablespoon of semen contains approximately six calories. Semen does contain protein, but it also contains all kinds of chemicals and minerals, including water, sugar, calcium, chlorine, magnesium, nitrogen, vitamin B12, and zinc. But it does not contain enough of any of these things to be considered "nutritious."

There are absolutely NO benefits from ingesting semen or having
it on your skin (in fact, when on the skin it gets tacky, then
dries into a partly sticky and icky film).
Semen has only ONE benefit. It lets sperm swim and stay alive so one sperm of millions might meet an egg.
