The highest trade depends on how professional you want to get. For example the highest paid trade in todays society will have to be Plumbers and electricians but if you become self employed in either industry you could make around 150k in both industrys which is ridiculous money. Then again theres other trades that make a lot of money but ain't well known such as under water welding, boat building etc which are also extremely high paying trades maybe even higher then plumbers and sparkys.
