∙ 14y agoPhysical education is a modern idea and fairly recent. It was developed in the 1930's or 40's. So, the ancients had no beliefs in physical education. They did believe that a person had to be physically fit, but it wasn't hard because they didn't have the time saving devices or things for movement that is around today.
