Asking questions can help you increase comprehension. A good comprehension can help you in most of your subjects when you are reading a textbook. (you need to remember what you just read in your textbok for class tomorrow). Questions while you read can help you seek deeper meaning in the text, more than just the main idea and you can learn a lot from it.
No. There are many questions that cannot be answered or for which it would not be a good idea to answer. Plus not everyone on here knows everything, and some questions have remained unanswered for five or more years.
psudocode is intended to express/reveal the writer's idea to the readers. It could be graphic, textual, the mixed, even video. A good way should start with the writer. The writer should be the first reader of all. If you write it, you should be able to understand it. (If not, the code is not good). Then, if 2nd reader can understand your idea, I would then call your code is good one. The more of the readers can grasp your idea, the better the code is.
If chatting means asking questions then surveying is a good idea. You can do this by joining a market research department.
yeah, it's a good idea, because the more questions you ask, the smarter you should be. But please don't go up to a scientist and ask them, 'what color is your underwear?' It's not good idea. If you see a dog stealing doughnuts, yell at it, it won't help.
We don't understand what you are asking, but we will add that we think it's not a very good idea.
