As opposed to pure water? yes. i suppose it could be considered an impurity if you are striving for pure water. But if your goal is to make coffee, and the 2 ingredients you need are hot water and coffee, then no, i would not consider coffee and impurity. I think making coffee is a chemical change because the signs for a chemical change are: there is a gas given off, a colour change,a different smell, heat given out or absorbed and the change cannot be easily reversed. In this case colour change and and a different smell are underlined and also you cannot regain the same ingredients you started with to make the coffee.
You can read the ingredients on the label. Different deodorants have different ingredients.
