I have to make one of these models to. What you have to do is take a styrofoam ball and then cut it in half. after that get varios materials like toothpicks, beans, markers, noodles, paint ect. once the materials have been gathered up, get a picture of a cell and see if you can find materials that look like the different parts of a cell. after you di that just hot glue the parts where they are supposed to go then label it. once this is completed you can color it or do what you like, and you should end up with a cell model. Another way by nicenoodles, I am making mine RIGHT now, no kidding!, i just used stuff around my house to make the basic parts!'My friend made it out of string and glued i on with a key! Just go to: http://learn.genetics.Utah.edu/units/basics/cell/index.cfm
Try making the cell out of clay. The outer mold will be a bowl of clay and the parts inside will be made out of smaller models of clay.
Cut a styrofoam ball and add cell parts
Im pretty sure that dna is the instructions to make proteins so a change in the instructions = a change in the protein!
I need this answer too, im pretty sure its beaccause the DNA acts as a set of instructions that tells the cell how to build itself and what proteins to make??
Cytosol + organelles = cytoplasm. Cytoplasm is then surrounded by the cell membrane, forming an individual cell.
out of clay or paper mache
you buy a kit and do what the instructions say
You may want to specify what part of the cell you want to know to make.
a nucleus is a small segment in a cell membrane. the nucleus has three functions, to make DNA, to make protein, and to make instructions for the cell.
epithelial cell
how to make plant cell mole
DOUGH
It nothing at all
look on Enchanted Learning it has instructions.
The ribosomes take instructions from the RNA to make protiens.
You just need paper and good folding hands.
You may want to specify what part of the cell you want to know to make.
The cell that is stored with instructions is chromosomes. Hoped this helped :).
