Minor keys that include D-sharp are C#, G#, D#, and A#. D# is also the leading tone in E minor, but it would be indicated with accidentals instead of in the key signature. Minor keys with E-flat are G, C, F, Bb, Eb, and Ab.

No key signatures contain only those three sharps. With the A-sharp, it could be the keys of B major, F-sharp major, or C-sharp major (or any of their relative minor keys).
E Major has a relative key of C Sharp Minor and has keys of : F# C# G# D#
G major or e minor
C Major, zero flats and zero sharps. The minor scale with the same number of flats and sharps is A Minor.

There are four sharps in C sharp minor. These sharps are C# D# F# and G#. The harmonic minor also has B#. (which is C)
As you may know, in all minor keys you must raise the 7th note. For example, the key of E Minor is F sharp, but you always play a D sharp in that key. It's the same with C Minor. You raise the 7th note making B flat, a B natural. I hope this helped
