This course is designed to create awareness of hazards, precautions, and the regulations associated with confined spaces; it will be especially helpful for those workers whose jobs are related to permit required confined spaces. The learning objectives are to Understand confined spaces and their types, Comprehend the responsibilities of the employers and workers, Explore the major provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, recognize hazards associated with permit-required confined spaces and their precautions. The confined spaces training course will help you to identify, define and classify a confined space, define a permit-required confined space, refer to the standards and the regulations related to confined spaces, better understand the hazards associated with confined spaces, work safely within a confined space, follow the procedures associated with confined space entry, identify the proper safety equipment needed in confined spaces, and prepare an emergency response plan.
