also. rider must have a dot helmet. and regardless of motorcylce's enginee size you have to have a licence or permit with a licenced driver riding with in eye sight to drive on any city road, or highway. dont forget insurance also. the cops could nail you for any of these things.
and amazingly enuff none of thats required to ride off road. you only need to have permission from the owner ot the land you ride on.

i really does not matter your age the 49cc bike has to be 21 to 24 inches in height they are not to be road on main road or streets i have a 49cc of my own i ride were ever because they are legal in Cincinnati Ohio

The 110cc. engine will make the bike go about twice as fast as the 49cc. bike. If you can't figure that out than you shouldn't be riding a pocket bike Piston size. a 110cc will be massive vs. a 49cc. block sizes are also a good way to judge. Google it for actual sizes.

No. Most bike paths do not allow motorized traffic. Read the specific bike paths rules. 49cc scooters are now classified as 'low power scooters'. This does not mean they are the same as a bicycle. 49cc scooters can ride in bike lanes though.
