Yes he did. He passed to pure food and drug act and the meat inspection act. Those two acts were passed in 1906

He also passed Newlands Reclamations Act (1902) to water the dry parts of the land in the West. In 1906 he signed the Antiquities Act. Through this act he proclaimed many National Monuments (for example the devils tower) bird reserves and national forests. He set aside a lot of land for the next generations that would otherwise have been destroyed
