If you parents have consent, then it is okay. The cops or whatever can't do anything unless your parents are willing to press charges. When i was 16 i was dating a 23 year old and we got in a lot of trouble. my parents disagreed with it and tried to press charges. we were questioned and so forth but everything ended up alright. but if your parents are okay with it, the law cant do anything. As a minor, your parents have say for what you do. they have the right to say "yes" or "no" on your behalf.
