Chemicals found in reefs have been used to treat ulcers, heart disease, leukemia and more. 3. Coral reefs absorb carbon dioxide and use it to form their shells if they are no more coral reefs then there would be more carbon dioxide in the ocean and our atmosphere.

if we run out of coral reefs then we could have erosion and that would make our land smaller and condense the people that live on outside of the country...we need to preserve nature and its beauty!
