sypmtons of depression is different for everyone but sometime you have some thing in common. you would feel very unlike yourself you would feel tried distracted uncofortable and very sad. its best when you feel like that to express your feeling never hind them it usually make things worse. show and tell your family and your trusted friends. maybe see a councilar at your school they love to help kids.
