You're interested most in part 3 - and that's one I can't help you with because all specialty chemicals are different. Window cleaner is a specialty chemical; you make it by pouring the ingredients into a big vat and stirring it a little. Nylon 6.6 that's colored black and filled with glass fibers is also a specialty chemical, with a much more complex (but still not all THAT complex) production system: you melt the nylon, mix in the various additives, and pelletize it.
