Well I got them all, for xbox 360 I might add. The only characters you can unlock are Silver Surfer, Daredevil, Black Panther, Ghost Rider, Nick Fury, unaware of the Hulk. The characters you already have I suggest using are Moonlight, Wolverine and Colossus with either Captain America or The Thing. Moonlight and Wolverine can both regenerate health when hurt. Colossus has a high attack power and can lift or use heavy things were the others cant. Captain America has a shield to blow almost everything thrown at him. There may be a few others I'm not aware of or forgot to mention.
