The mint marks do make a difference in pricing. Before I get into the mint marks and which ones are scarce I will say this. There are two different types of general issue 10 Reichspfennig (Rpf) coins. The first type was minted between the years of 1936 - 1939 and are made of a copper-aluminum alloy. The second type are the most prevalent zinc Rpf made from 1940 - 1945. Both series contain scarce and rare issues, but mostly they are comprised of common date coins that can be purchased for a few dollars at most. During this time, Germany had seven mints. Here are the mint marks and their respective locations.
A = Berlin
B = Vienna
D = Munich
E = Dresden
F = Stuttgart
G = Karlruhe
J = Hamburg
Germany had a lot of mints for a country it's size. It has this so certain mints can focus specifically of a few denominations to fulfill the demand very quickly. Here are the mintage figures and the rare/scarce mint marks will be noted.

The Third reich also released a 10 Rpf coin for its occupied countries. The obverse (front) of the coin ha the Reichs eagle and the reverse (back) have a large Swastica. There is a hole in the center of the coin and they were issued in 1940 and 1941. They are extremely rare in all conditions and mint marks.
The Allied troops are issued zinc 10 Rpf coins from 1945 - 1948. They look identical to the third reich 10 Rpf coins exept they do not bear a swastica. The issues from 1945 are scarce.

Hitler's regime was officially known as Deutsches Reich (from 1933-1943) and Großdeutsches Reich (from 1943-1945). The term Drittes Reich (Third Reich) was never an official term and only used occasionally by the Nazis for propagandistic purposes.

A 10 pfennig is a coin, not a note. The value of a 1917 10 pfennig coin depends on its condition. The typical value is between 20 c and 8 US dollars.
These coins were struck at a number of mints and values differ by mint mark. See the attached link for more info.
