In my opinion it's not about complexity, it would get complex if you approach the atom as infinite, beyond quarks and realize everyparticle has mass, so gravity.
Atoms model is fairly simple as far we now can tell (till quarks), the number of protons makes up the elemental structure. see Periodic Table of elements

Titin The Chemical Makeup is C132983H211861N36149O40883S693. It is also called TTN; CMD1G; CMH9; CMPD4; DKFZp451N061; FLJ26020; FLJ26409; FLJ32040; FLJ34413; FLJ39564; FLJ43066; HMERF; LGMD2J; TMD (WLW)_ Most famous for its Scientific name1 which is consisted of exactly 189,819 letters. It is also called the worlds longest word. 1Scientific Name-(For Compounds) the chemical makeup of any compound written out in a group of words or a word by use of affixes and root of the chemical to give a logical name for any compound of elements. For Example (Carbon Dioxide) Consists of one carbon atom and two oxygen atoms, which gives it the name for one carbon (Carbon) and the prefix di (meaning two) oxygen. Simply writen out CO2
deoxyribonucleic acid
Carbohydrates
Methane, propane, ethene, ethyne, ethane, propyne, propene, octane, pentane pentyne are molecules that contain carbon. Diamond, fullerenes, graphite, and nanotubes are substances that are pure carbon.
Glucose is the only organic compound found in most cells. Organic means that the molecule contains carbon bonded to hydrogen.
fatty acids are most closely related to lipids
Cellulose is the most abundant organic polymer. It is made up of glucose.
Carbohydrates
An organic molecule is any molecule that contains carbon. As fatty acids are primarily made of carbon, they are most definitely organic.
Methane, propane, ethene, ethyne, ethane, propyne, propene, octane, pentane pentyne are molecules that contain carbon. Diamond, fullerenes, graphite, and nanotubes are substances that are pure carbon.
Proteins.
Glucose is the only organic compound found in most cells. Organic means that the molecule contains carbon bonded to hydrogen.
glucose
If the formula contains a carbon molecule it is organic. Most things that come from living things i.e. plants or animals, are organic.
I'm not certain what you mean by "what kind" of chemical reaction. Generally speaking, it's most likely some semi-complicated oxidation reaction of an organic molecule.
Glucose is the energy that is locked inside an organic molecule most readily accessible in.
Most of the organic molecules have good bit of number of carbons in it.An organic molecule having carbon, Hydrogen and oxygen is called ether. An organic molecule having carbon, hydrogen and Nitrogen is called amines. All organic compounds have carbon and hydrogen in them, the compound needs both carbon and hydrogen to be organic.
The kind of organic compounds in cheese must contain Carbon, and usually contain Hydrogen directly bonded to most of the Carbons.
Proteins are the most common, but if you're talking smaller scale then glucose.
