One of the most significant similarities is the parents' goal for their kids. Both Chinese and Japanese Americans want their kids to do their best and get not only straight A's but do well in other activities as well. There isn't much difference between the two.
That sounds like the movie "In Time". Although the movie was supposed to be an original script, Harlan Ellison filed suit against the producers claiming that they appropriated the idea from his award-winning 1965 short-story, "Repent, Harlequin!" Said the Ticktockman. While there are significant similarities, Ellison eventually agreed that the differences were sufficient to justify dropping his suit and his request that he receive screen credit.
No. There are significant differences between different types of radiation. Visible light and radio waves go right through (and reach Earth's surface); most other radiations are absorbed.
An initial human interaction that is subjectively significant based on a link to events, other people, shared experiences or a mutual attraction.
In instances where it relates to a couple with children, the woman is more negatively impacted than is the man. She not only in most instances has a significant change in income she also becomes a single parent. If the issue of children does not apply, the woman in many cases still experiences a change in financial status.
There are no significant differences.

There were no similarities, except that Bull Run was the first significant battle in the East, and Shiloh was the first significant battle in the West.
No. While there are similarities there are also significant differences. Apart from jumping to conclusions from comparing the two texts, there is no external evidence from any source that Moses copied from Hammurabi.

Not necessarily. While daughters may share similarities with their mothers due to genetic and environmental factors, the extent of similarity can vary. Factors such as upbringing, individual personalities, and experiences can also play a significant role in shaping similarities between daughters and their female relatives versus male relatives.
People do want to see what the differences are....the differences can be significant. This also may be how humans are wired. We go into a room where something is changed and we notice that and not the hundreds of other things which are the same. People want to know how something is different from what they know, as the differences are what distinguish one group from another and make them distinctive. If they are thinking of changing over they want to know what they are getting and if this is something they can agree with.
Any significant differences exist.
