Morgans have the same amount of muscles as any other horse. There are five different muscles in the horse's legs but only above the knees and hocks. There are no muscles in the lower legs.
You stretch their front legs by pulling them in front of the horse. Then you walk and jog the horse before you gallop to warm up their muscles.

Horse liniment is a type of 'lotion' you rub on your horses legs and body to relax it's muscles after a hard workout, or if the horse is older and needs it for his muscles. It's kind of like Icy Hot for horses :)
