In the USA electrical circuit breaker panels are NOT allowed inside clothes closets. If the panel is in an open area or hallway and is a dead-front design (no exposed live parts with all the covers in place) then there is no rule that prevents a coat hook or hooks from being mounted above the panel

Yes. You'll seldom run every circuit to full capacity. The main breaker will trip if all the individual circuits exceed the 200 amp rating of the main breaker.

I cant name ALL of them but you can find out the names on clubpenguin.com after you login. My fav server is Ice Breaker cause its usually not full!
its a circuit breaker... call the dealer for the parts # or just buy it from them ($40). Try a junk yard or craigslist f150 f250 and bronco about the same year are all the same i think.

It would take a textbook or more to name them all.

A vacuum breaker should not leak at all. The purpose of the vacuum breaker is to control the atmospheric pressure inside a geyser. If it is leaking, it means the rubber seal inside has either broken or has perished and needs to be replaced.
The oceans have different names so people can refer to the different parts by name. It is the same concept as to why your body has different parts that have different names. Hope this helps! :)
You will have to contact SIG to find out.
Yes. But by constantly throwing the breaker handle back and forth will eventually loosen the mechanical parts inside the breaker to the point where the breaker will fail. There are breakers made for the purpose of switching, usually used in big warehouses to shut off banks of lights. The price of one breaker is probably equal to the price of about 10 standard light switches.
a disconnect? if its a switch, turn it all the way off... then all the way on. if it pulls out and has fuses then be sure they work and stick it back in. or it could be that the breaker inside has been tripped. then you would turn it off then on.
