The original 12 disciples as listed in Matthew 10:2-4; Simon (who was called Peter), and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, Phillip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew the publican (the tax collector), James the son of Alphaeus and Lebbaeus whose surname was Thaddeus, Simon the Cannanite and Judus Iscariot who also betryed Him.

Additional information:

Though the name "Lebbaeus" is found in the King James Bible, it is not in all translations, because Westcott & Hort and the Sinaitic text omit it.

The apostle named "Thaddeus" can be identified by comparing the scriptures.

**Matthew 10:2-4 and Mark 3:16-19 mention James, Simon and Thaddaeus

**Luke 6:13-16 and Act 1:12-13 mention James, Simon and Judas(son of James)

So the twelve disciples, who were chosen as Apostles, were: Peter, Andrew, James, John, Phillip, Bartholomew, Thomas, Matthew, James, Thaddeus(Judas son of James), Simon and Judas Iscariot.(Luke 6:13)
