If you are wanting to know all the music on the radio stations featured on GTA IV, that is a huge amount of information. Can I suggest you look at gtawiki which has all the information on the radio stations for GTA games, and the songs on the stations, plus it is a good site, bursting with information about GTA:gta.wikia.com
The theme song from GTA I is called Gangster Friday, by Craig Conner. It can be heard on Head Radio in the game, and it is said to be played by the fictitious band Slumpussy.

You can make a new folder named mp3 in the parent folder of game. Then you can paste your songs files of mp3 extension in that. The mp3 player of the car in the game will then initialize and it can be played using the radio keys only.
You can't do that. You can't actually do that.
The songs are chosen by you.Make a folder named " mp3 " without quotes in the game folder and then add songs you want to play in mp3 Player During game. Those songs should have the extensions .mp3.
I don't know if you mean a Portable Radio or a Car Radio. But the GTA San Andreas (Car) Radio is to press up and down when in/on a vehicle. Make sure they're the buttons (up and down), NOT the toggle stick.
GTA 3 - Claude, GTA Vice City - Tommy Vercetti, GTA San Andreas - Carl Johnson (CJ), GTA 4 - Niko Bellic (Extras that I know) TLAD - Johnny Klebitz, TBoGT - Luis Lopez
