The nucleus of an atom is made up of two types of subatomic particles, protons and neutrons which together are sometimes called nucleons. These subatomic particles are in turn made up of smaller particles called quarks.
The nucleus of the atom is comprised of protons and neutrons. The nucleus is the heaviest part of the atom because protons and neutrons have much more mass than electrons.

The nucleus - protons and neutrons. This applies to all atoms.
negatively charged and takes up most of the atoms space Takes up most of the atoms mass and is negatively charged
This is the nucleus, containing protons and neutrons.
The sum of all Protons and Neutrons.
protons and neutrons.
Speaking very generally, most atoms consist of a dense nucleus which contains protons and neutrons, and an electron cloud away from the nucleus which contains electrons.
Protons and neutrons ... which in turn contain quarks.
The nucleus.
Not just "most" atoms , but all atoms are composed of protons and neutrons, which are found in the nucleus, and electrons surrounding the nucleus in the electron cloud. And these atoms include gold.
