Eggs are one of the best sources of nutrition available. They are one of the most nutritious foods high in Vitamin A. If you had to you could survive with eggs being your only source of protein(I did for over 1 month). You will still need fruits, vegetables, dairy, and grains. It is hard to find an exact answer to this question because keep in mind each egg has everything a baby chick needs to grow from an embryo to a baby chick in 3-4 weeks. So the list of nutrients an egg has are going to be the same as the nutrients in a day-old-chick.
