Many nutrients are found in Lasagna. For an example, Carbohydrates and Protein and fat. The Cheese would give you protein and a serving of milk for the day (depending on how much you eat, it could be more or less). The meat would also give you protein (and with that iron). I don't know if they are saying tomatoes are a fruit or a vegetable but I consider it a vegetable so you would get nutrients from that as well. Some fat is good, so if you are picking the right types of fat (monounsaturated) then you are doing your body a favor. To often people completely cut all fat in their bodies to diet but you are only harming your body and will become more prone to yo-yo dieting. Fat gives you energy, keeps you full longer and helps with your skin and hair (among other things). Hope this helps.
