The odds are quite high, when one or the other get new partners, an awful lot of divorced people do not realise what they had until it is gone, and after spending ex amount of years together, they never really find what they are looking for when it has ended, and gradually become closer together again, moreso, than first time round. They tend to work at their mistakes this time, and both can see each others faults, and realise what drove them apart in the first place. Also jealousy can play a big part if either partner has someone new, this turns the other partner into someone who wants to become the new love's friend, but underneath scheming to get him/her back again.

Do you mean after being divorced? Most certainly. My uncle and his wife are back together. Even if you haven't been divorced and you and your spouse are feeling distant you can still get it together. There's counseling for it. If that's not what you mean, I don't know. So many people word their questions funny or don't put enough detail.

if a divorced couple decides to get back together, which is great by the way, then whoever was receiving the child support has the oppurtunity to say it's over he doesnt need to pay it anymore. that person would have to go back to court before the judge to change it.
