Your odds of dying in a car accident: 1 in 18,585. Your odds of dying in a plane accident: 1 in 354,319
Yes. If you always drove a donkey cart on roads with other donkey carts, your odds of being killed in a donkey cart crash would increase.
Good
50/100. If your careful enough not to get hit by a car in the street lucky you. Depends if there are drunk drivers.
Never tell me the odds!
if your drunk a lot the chance is 1 out of 50 and if your never drunk it is 1 out of 100
Car crash. Sadly, its true. Planes rarely crash but depending on where the crash is it can give you almost no chance of surviving, like the oceans. Less people die from car crashes then plane crashes a year, but don't worry about it. The chance of being in a crashing plane are 1 in 11 million, so if your going on a plane ride, don't worry.
What an interesting question. Odds is a plural noun that has no singular form. The word "probability" could be used as a noun where a singular form is required. For example: What are the odds of a our surviving this action, Mr. Spok? What is the probability of our surviving this action, Mr. Spok?
That is easy, cars do cause more death, the only thing to point out is that the survivability index of car accidents (amount of people involved in car accidents who survive) is better than planes, basically your odds of surviving a plane crash are very bad, but if you take into account the millions of people who fly, the amount of accidents and deaths is minimal. Regards.
