The oil filter on a 1999 Chevy S10 is located by the oil pan and the drive axle. The oil pan is where you will release to old oil from the 45 degree bolt on the bottom of the car. Use an OEM or better oil filter for long engine life. -Brian Mathers
The OEM correct size is 185/65-14. You can install different sizes in a 15" wheel as long as you keep the overall diameter the same as the OEM size. For instance you can install a set of 175/60-15 if you change the wheels to 15" wheels and they will work great.

You will need what is called an L.O.C., which is a line output converter. It is used to convert speaker lines into an RCA output. Some LOCs are available for OEM intergration, which are very expensive, and then some are available for OEM intergration, but aren't to OEM specs, as they are universal LOCs, such as the Scosche SLC4, which is available for $20 from Crutchfield.com
OEM equipment modifies the audio from the radio, sends it to the speaker and converts it back to normal audio on the speaker frame ckt board. To put in an aftermarket radio, use two of the wires and connect up to your new speakers and radio to make use of OEM wire routing.
6 inch 6.5 from Wal-mart is an excellent replacement speaker. If you have the standard sound system the Walmart speaker actually sounds as good or better than the OEM
The largest speaker that will fit in the dash is a 4"x6". Not sure what the exact dimensions are on the OEM speaker. front speakers are 4x6 and the rear or 6x9
