As in any other car, right before you kit the rev limiter. I think many people are confused over this because some people online say to shift after the rpm where the peak power is reached. This doesn't work in the real world due to gear torque multiplication, however I remember that in nfs underground you would go slower in a drag race if you shifted later than peak power
Shift it around 4.5k RPM. Don't go under 3k when driving or else you start wasting gas.
Check your battery, rpm computer controlled.
Yes, at idle it brings the normal stock of 900 up to 1000 rpms
Shift it around 4.5k RPM. Don't go under 3k when driving or else you start wasting gas.
The yellow shift light is programmed to come on at optimum rpms to get best economy from engine. Nothing will happen except bad fuel milage.
Get a manual trans if you dont, weight reduce it, put in lowering springs so it reduces drag and other movements, put in a turbo and supercharger and a stage 3 racing clutch with a racing beat exhaust...boom a nice miata capable of reaching 7000 rpms and getting to 60 quickly.
Makes the tranny shift at higher rpms when activated.
there is no fuse that makes the transmission shift the transmission shifts on cylinoids and rpms
1600-2100 rpms
at about 6000 rpms
no more then 900 in park. 750 to 800 is good
2 rpms? Your automobile engine probably runs around 2000 rpms. At 2 rpms the engine would stall and stop. However, many automatic transmissions jerk a little bit as they shift gears. I suspect this is what is happening to your Pathfinder.
