Do not work on a wet surface Switch off the electricity when trying to fix something dont over load the socket cover open wires with insulation tape Dont put a carpet over open wires
Short of a vague wiring problem there are two(2) high probability causes: 1) the obvious, appropriate fuse, and 2) a cigarette lighter socket fusible safety device. The latter is on the rear of the socket (or built into it), designed to fail and break the current flow (i.e. heating) if the socket gets too hot, as may occur when the plug is held in, or sticks. It also may fail from extensive use, over time. The appropriate fix for the socket failure is to replace the socket, utilizing standard electrical safety practices, and making sure the new socket and "plug" are compatible.
pull the plug wires and you need a deep well socket i believe its 5/8
The 1995 Lebaron came with the 3.0L V6 engine only. The oxygen sensor is behind and below the engine low to the firewall. Removal of the air filter box is necessary to access the sensor. A specific O-sensor socket with a slit in the side is used to install the sensor without damaging the wires. If you are not keeping the old O-sensor wires intact then use a regular deep-set 7/8in socket to remove the sensor if the slit-socket spreads to much to remove it. Just cut the wires off so the regular socket fits over the sensor. Fun, Huh?
Socket wrenches are made all over the world.
remove the air snorkel from the throttle body, there are 2 plastic covers over the top of the plug wires, remove them. the 6 wires are now exposed. pull them out and the plugs are in the holes the wires came out of. a 5/8 plug socket on an extension will get them. sometimes a u-joint is needed on the extension to get #'s 4, 5 and 6.

It's pretty straight forward, get the special socket, you won't be sorry. Locate the correct O2 sensor ( pre or post cat ) and remove electrical connector, then slide socket over the sensor with wires lined up on the slot, remove then replace. If you don't want to buy the special socket you can unplug the harness and cut the wires off at the sensor. The old sensor is junk anyway. This will alllow you to slip a 7/8" box wrench over the sensor for removal. Use the 7/8" open end wrench to install. Tighten as you would a spark plug.
If you have the room I would cut the wires off at the sensor and slip a 1/2" drive, 6 point, 7/8" deep socket with a long breaker bar over the sensor.
A socket is a handle to a communication link with another application over the network. In other words a socket is a network interface that connects an application to the network.

Changing the spark plugs on an 05 Nissan Sentra 1.8 begins with removing the plastic cover over the plugs, pulling the plug wires, and inserting a deep wall socket into each cylinder to remove the spark plugs. After each plug is removed, a replacement plug is placed into the socket wrench, and re-installed.
