Difference between mechanistic and organic?
Mechanistic model is synonymous with the bureaucracy in that it has extensive departmentalization, high formalization, a limited information network (mostly downward communication) and little participation by low-level members in decision making.While, organic model is flat, uses cross hierarchical and cross-functional teams, has low formalization, possesses a comprehensive information network (using lateral and upward communication as well as downward), and involves high parcitipation in decision-making.
How many years has there been Islam?
If you know about the story of Adam(the first man alive on earth), then you should understand the answer to this question. Islam started with Adam. He was the first men and the first muslim. He started to be lonley. Allah made a women out of the seventh bone of his rib. they got married and had babies, so this means we are all part of a big family. This is the way how Islam grew but suddenly when there started to be some corruption. Some of the people made up some different religions.In now days there are lots of people believing in different stuff, for example: sikh, hindhu, christians etc,.
