i hope you dont mean in a cigarette? if you do i fear the person smoking it will not survive long enough to let you know how it is, (Ihope this is out of curiosity I recommend NEVER trying this!!) as you light the cigarette the flame would ignite the powder, then as you breath in at the same time you inhale powder which will ignite inside your lungs and then burn the nodules on the inside of your lungs (sponge parts) and then you would not be able to retain breath and pass on. no lung capacity = dead. if you are refering to shooting a gun and accidentially breathing in the guns expelled chamber smoke then im not sure the volume of smoke inhaled would be substancial enough to cause any direct damage.
