Growing up with two sisters, I had to share a room most of my childhood and teenage years. It definitely can get on your nerves! Here are the things I disliked:
It could cause you not to get along with your sister. If you are having disagreements over the room, maybe talking to your sister about solutions would solve the problem. It could be that sharing the room is not the problem, but you and your sister are so different that you do not get along.
No. It isn't illegal because they are related.
Tell your parents what she is doing to be a brat. Hopefully she will grow out of it.
Just before either reaches puberty is a good time.
If you have to share a room with your younger sibling try to move the furniture around to make more space. Try not to fight with your younger brother or sister because then it will not be much fun sharing a room with them. Be nice to eachother so sharing a room will be fun. Think of the positives about sharing a room with a younger sibling, you don't have to sleep in a room by yourself and you always have someone to talk to.
There are no laws regarding sharing a room.
There are no laws in the United States restricting siblings from sharing a room. Thus, it is perfectly legal for male and female siblings in Massachusetts to share a room. In apartment complex that there can not be any sharing of a room with brother and sister. Two brothers can share a room or two sisters can share a room. In a rented house or own your home that you can share a room with both genders. For example, You have an 11-year-old brother and an 8-year-old sister or the girl is 11 and the boy is 8. Go for it. Word of thumb. Living quarters in a family are private. This means we do not share things in public. When we have company over that they do not go into the living quarters of the home unless they are very close to the family.
