Sales executive as the name implies are required for the product sales. they directly interact with the customers/buyers. So this mean they should have a pleasing personality and great communication skills. He should have the intelligence to change the indifference attitude of the customers/buyers attitude towards similar brands in the market and ends with them placing an order. He should have a thorough knowledge of the product he is selling so that hes able to answer any question asked by the prospective buyer about the product. He should be a team player, an ability to interact and devise good sales plans should come naturally to him.
