And office administrator caters to the needs of each staff member and must be able to communicate well with everyone in the office. Office administrators must be familiar with different service providers, so that any problems can be taken care of immediately. They should be quick thinking and being able to provide solutions quickly so that the office is not put at a standstill. Being people friendly is good as they will have contact with many different types of people over the course of the cork day. Last but not least they must be supportive to the staff for which they work for.
