Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires are suppose to offer the quietest ride. They also offer a comfortable ride and long tread life.
Every manufacture of tires make a quiet brand. Normally any tire listed as a Touring Tire are very quiet. I currently have Yokohama Avid Touring-S tires on my 2004 Honda Accord and they are the quietest tires I have ever owned. I can highly recommend them.
